ARTIST'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Once work on your portrait has commenced 50% of the payment is nonrefundable if you choose to cancel your order.     
• Payments are made securely through Paypal via email invoicing. Clients do not need a PayPal account to make payment. Alternate payment arrangements are accepted in the form of a Money-Order.
• All reference photographs used for the creation of the portrait(s) must be free of all copyrights unless otherwise accompanied by a signed written release form by the photographer or owner of the copyright. A printable form may be obtained by viewing the Photographer's Release Form. The client is in full understanding that he/she will be held responsible for any legal action taken by others for use of material that is not free of all copyrights.
• All artwork is commissioned for personal use only and may not be used for financial gain, unless a prior License Agreement is made with the artist.
• The artist retains full copyright and reproduction rights on all artwork and reserves the right to use images of the artwork for advertising, promotional or other purposes.
